1. Scope of Services
ShopDrawingServices.us provides computer-aided drafting (CAD), 3D building information modeling (BIM), and trade shop drawing services for commercial and industrial construction projects. Our deliverables are prepared based on architectural, structural, and engineering contract documents provided by the client.
2. Professional Engineering & Stamp Responsibility
Unless explicitly contracted under a written professional engineering agreement, our drafting and detailing services do not constitute professional engineering, structural calculations, or architectural design of record. All shop drawings must be submitted to the client's Architect of Record, Structural Engineer of Record (EOR), or designated design professional for final review and approval prior to fabrication and erection.
3. Submittal Review & Revision Cycles
Each quotation specifies the number of standard submittal review and revision cycles included. Corrections resulting from client scope additions, field changes, or major architectural redesigns after initial drawing freeze may be subject to additional time and fee adjustments.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, the client receives ownership and usage rights to all final drawing deliverables (PDF, DWG, BIM files) produced specifically for the contracted project.
